Airside is to close its doors in March 2012 after 14 years in business.
Airside leave a truly brilliant body of work, they have an identity of their own. Looking forward to seeing the next chapter which looks like it’ll be a trilogy!
The studio, which made its name originally for website design and animation, says the decision is a ’voluntary’ one reached jointly by the founders Alex Maclean, Nat Hunter and Fred Deakin. Further reading check the CR Blog.

In the age where there is an infographic for just about everything, here’s ‘Kris Needs’ Acid House family Tree. Love this, but can’t help but feel that Soul II Soul sound system and Norman Jay are kind of missing from this (although not Acid house)
